J.Crew Sequin Etta Pumps

I’m in love with the J.Crew Sequin Etta Pumps — particularly in Gold.

While these J.Crew Etta Pumps may not be the most comfortable heel ever, they are gorgeous and just the right amount of masculinity and femininity given the pretty fabrics and sparkles alongside the chunky heel.

I mean, look at that! They are just stunning. I love them so much I had a visceral reaction to seeing them the first time (and pretty much every time). You can pair with just about the most boring, simple outfit like a white tee & jeans, then slip these on and bam! Insta-gorgeous, instant polish. Also, to be fair, given the chunky heel, these are much more comfortable than your standard heel and actually do-able for short distance walking. With that in mind, I’ve been on the hunt for these in Gold forever. Finally spotted my size on Ebay and just pulled the trigger. Stay tuned for some real life glam shots coming soon! Cutest Clutches & Cross-Body Bags for Winter

Going into the new year, I feel the need to simplify and cleanse the clutter out of my life. Any of you feel the same? I want to start with what I carry out on a daily basis. Why all the large bags if really all I need are my iPhone, 1 credit card, keys, and maybe some cash? I rarely use cash. I don’t really need to carry around an umbrella every day, nor old receipts, nor my iPad, or even all of my cards. So, accordingly, I only need a small bag — maybe a cross-body at most or better, a cute clutch. Ask yourself what you really absolutely need on a daily basis. I bet it’s a small list too! What do you guys think of these?

At 11″ x 7″, this is the perfect size for all my daily essentials, including a large continental wallet if I wanted to or even a mini umbrella. Love that it has a cross-body strap so I can just sling it on and barely feel it’s there. Also comes with a wristlet strap if I ever feel like using it as a clutch! Plus, gotta love that classic Burberry check with that beautiful brown leather.

I caught the Bethenny show today for the first time, and the segment was all about how you can look 10 lbs thinner just by wearing the right clothes. 1. Show off your clavicle, not your cleavage – bringing the neckline up extends the line of your body and makes it look longer, leaner.
